Profile

Marjukka Sippola specialises in capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on banking and finance arrangements. Marjukka has advised companies and financial institutions on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, pre-IPO restructurings, primary and secondary fundraisings, private placements, takeovers and bond issues, as well as on corporate governance and disclosure rules. Prior to joining Krogerus, Marjukka worked several years for Norton Rose LLP in London in their corporate finance practice group. She serves as the co-head for the firm’s Capital Markets practice.
