Profile
Kai Erlund specialises in information technology, media and telecommunications. He regularly advises clients in the procurement of business critical ICT systems and services. He also assists suppliers in their ICT delivery agreements and technology-related legal matters. Prior to joining Krogerus, Kai worked as the legal senior manager for Oracle in Finland and as corporate counsel for Symantec in Berkshire, United Kingdom. Kai was part of the working group assembled by the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland and various other associations to draft the Finnish IT2010 contract terms and conditions. Kai is the co-head of the firm’s Technology practice.
