Camille Bourke is a partner in the investment funds practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in the legal and regulatory aspects of private equity funds structuring, as well as in corporate law issues arising out of private equity transactions.
Before joining the Brussels office, Camille worked at our Luxembourg office and later founded and headed the London representative office. Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, she practiced for two and a half years in the New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
She has been a member of the New York Bar since 2001, the Paris Bar since 2004 and has been admitted by the Luxembourg Bar to practice in Luxembourg under her French professional title.
Camille Bourke holds a degree in business law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas as well as a Master's degree (LL.M.) from Harvard University.
