Louis Berns is the partner in charge of the employment law, pensions, benefits practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1987 and served as a member of the Luxembourg Bar Council from 1997 to 1999.
He is a founding member of the Employment Law Specialists Association in Luxembourg and member of the Employment Law Alliance.
He is a lecturer in labour law at the Université du Luxembourg.
Louis Berns holds a Master's degree in law from the Université Robert Schuman de Strasbourg (France) as well as a degree from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE), Strasbourg.
