Assistant Director, Talent and Student and Articling Programs

Anaïs is Assistant Director, Talent and Student and Articling Programs for all of our offices located in Montréal, Québec City, Sherbrooke and Trois-Rivières.

As part of our Talent and Professional Development team, Anaïs is in charge of lateral recruitment of our professionals, coaching of our youngest associates, as well as the deployment of various initiatives affecting the professional development of our lawyers. In terms of student and articling programs, she is also responsible for university recruitment, as well as the integration, coaching and skills development of all our students and articling students.

Prior to joining Lavery, Anaïs practiced business law at a major firm in Montréal. She has also worked as a consultant for a recruitment firm specializing in the legal field.

For several years now, Anaïs has also been very involved in the legal community, notably with the Jeune Barreau de Montréal and, since 2023, as a director of the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal.
