Profile
Angela is a commercial litigator who advises businesses in a variety of disputes. Her clients are primarily finance providers, commercial clients and insolvency practitioners.
Her recent experience includes:
- acting on behalf of a number of finance providers in relation to vehicle rejection cases under the Consumer Rights Act;
- acting for a large construction firm to defend and introduce a counterclaim for defective materials supplied by a builder's merchant; and
- assisting with pursuing a damages claim for breach of contract in a multi-million pound re-development project.
Angela joined Shoosmiths as an Associate in 2022 following qualification at a large central belt firm.
