Joni is a member of the litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Hong Kong.
She has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation with a focus on complex, multi-jurisdictional shareholder and director litigation, corporate disputes, fraud and asset tracing, and cross-border and restructuring matters. She also regularly advises on interim measures in support of onshore litigation, tools to obtain information about assets, directors and shareholders, and the recognition and enforcement of orders and awards.
