Briana is an associate whose practice focuses on labor and employment. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and engaging in settlement negotiations. She also provides advice and counseling services to employers in connection with pre-litigation disputes and development of employment policies. She previously worked in general and commercial liability, with experience in complex tort and casualty claims including motor vehicle, toxic tort, and products liability claims, as well as contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, professional liability, and construction defect matters. She received her JD from Chapman University.
