Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Jiang practiced for several years with Zhong Lun Law Firm. Ms. Jiang practices in the areas of private investment fund formation, asset management, and private equity/venture capital investment. Ms. Jiang has provided legal services involving fund and asset management products formation, operation, and management to many leading domestic and international PE/VC firms and asset management institutions. She has also represented many well-known PE/VC funds and asset management institutions in PE/VC investment and financing transactions.

Ms. Jiang graduated from East China University of Political Science with an LL.B degree in 2011 an LL.M. degree in 2015. Ms. Jiang also studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and obtained another LL.M. degree in 2014.
