Mr. Chen has been practicing law since 2011. His major practice areas include private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, onshore and offshore public offerings, restructuring, and foreign direct investment. Mr. Chen has represented numerous clients including private equity funds, founders of start-ups, unicorn companies, multinational companies and state-owned enterprises, for whom he has provided legal services including compliance advice, legal due diligence, designing deal structures, and drafting and negotiating legal documents. Mr. Chen has represented clients in industries including electric vehicles, e-commerce, retail, online education, biotechnology, semiconductor, gaming, etc.

Mr. Chen has designed innovative deal structures in cross-border investment transactions and provided to his clients a full range of services from investment closing to successful exit.
