Claudia is an associate at Consortium Legal Honduras. During her career, she has done an internship at the Organization of American States in the sector of the Inter American Commission on Human Rights, in Washington D.C., specializing in the area of inmates. Subsequently, she did an internship in the area of Banking Law, focusing on registry investigations, successive tracts, merger or granting of credits, pledges, mortgages or any other encumbrance as appropriate, as well as analysis of bank releases, preparing deeds and conducting proceedings on corporations. Currently, she has carried out a great variety of procedures in sectors of the Public Administration, such as the National Commission of Banks and Insurance Companies (CNBS) and the Central Bank of Honduras (BCH), and continues to grow in the area of Corporate, Financial and Banking Law.
