Dominique Mannella is part of the firm's Business Law group and his practice focuses on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, financing, corporate governance and securities.

As part of his practice, Dominique advises and represents clients on public and private offerings, reverse takeovers, qualifying transactions, plans of arrangement, purchase and sale of both equities and assets, and stock market listings. He also advises financial industry players on applying securities and corporate governance regulations. He frequently assists open corporations in maintaining their reporting issuer status.

Before joining Lavery, Dominique was Listings and Regulation Manager and legal counsel for the Canadian Security Exchange (CSE), in Toronto, for several years. As part of his duties, he examined and analyzed a considerable number of listing and transaction requests from publicly traded companies. He also practised business law at a Toronto law firm, specifically in the group overseeing capital markets and securities.
