Ellie is an Associate in the Shoosmiths’ Commercial team, based in the Birmingham office. Ellie specialises in IT and Technology and advises on a wide range of matters including large-scale framework products and services agreements, SaaS agreements, IT software agreements, and reseller arrangements.

 

Ellie has spent time on secondment to a media telecommunications company and a global IT reseller. This has given her an in-depth understanding of the commercial issues faced by in-house teams, meaning Ellie is able to understand business objectives risk profiles and provide tailored commercial advice.
