Associate

Emma-Sophie Hall is a member of the Labour and Employment Law group. Ms. Hall holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Master in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is also a mediator certified by the Barreau du Québec in civil, commercial and labour matters.

Ms. Hall assists employers with all aspects of labour and employment law, including labour standards, employment contracts and corporate policies. She is also called on to assist in preparing for the arbitration of grievances and proceedings before the civil courts of Quebec.

Previously, Ms. Hall practised in an organization where she developed expertise in labour relations in the education sector.
