Profile
Gabrielle represents both investment banks and issuers in a range of capital markets transactions, with a concentration in the power and utility sector.
Gabrielle advises clients on public and private offerings, including registered debt offerings, common stock offerings, and tax exempt debt offerings. Gabrielle also assists with disclosure requirements, corporate law, and due diligence.
Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, Gabrielle was a senior tax consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP in the multistate tax group, where she assisted with state and local tax controversy matters and corporate income tax consulting, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
