Henry Rossouw is a senior associate at ENSafrica in the employment law department. He specialises in unfair dismissals, unfair labour practice disputes, drafting of employment contracts and company policy documents, as well as disputes relating to the enforcement of restraints of trade.
Henry’s experience includes providing advice to local and international clients regarding general employment law compliance, including organisational restructuring exercises and transfers in terms of section 197 of the Labour Relations Act.
In addition, Henry provides assistance and representation to clients concerning disciplinary processes and procedures, unfair dismissals and unfair labour practice disputes at the CCMA, disputes under the auspices of the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court, restraint of trade disputes, and other employment-related litigation at the High Court.
