Profile

Dr. Ignacio Monge is proficient in the area of corporate and civil law and serves as legal representative and board member of several prestigious franchises and corporations in this field. He is an active member of the Civil and Commercial Commission of the Lawyers Authority of Costa Rica (Colegio de Abogados). He is also a member of the American Federation of Information and Technologies Law and has an ample background representing clients in this innovative area of law. He is also a recognized lecturer in national and international conferences and serves as professor at principal private universities in Costa Rica (2007- ), where he teaches law courses of Corporate Law and Contracts for lawyers, students, judges and Notary Publics.
