Associate

Jasmine Kavadias Landry is a member of the firm?s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Her practice focuses on civil, commercial and public law disputes. She is involved in cases concerning contractual disputes in the new technology and infrastructure industries.

Ms. Kavadias Landry represents and advises public organizations and public and private corporations in administrative and constitutional litigation matters, including judicial reviews and extraordinary recourses. She is called upon to work on cases dealing with the fundamental rights and freedoms provided under the Charters, particularly in the areas of education and media.

Ms. Kavadias Landry pleads before all the courts in Quebec, including the appeal courts.
