Jess is a Corporate Associate based in the London office, advising across a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and equity capital market transactions.

 

Recent transactions include acting for the sellers in the sale of EZ Education Ltd (Doodle Learning) to US buyers Discovery Education (backed by Clearlake Capital). 

 

Jess has a first class degree in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick. After completing her GDL and MSc LPC at the University of Law, Jess trained at Shoosmiths qualifying into the Corporate team in September 2023. During her training contract, Jess also spent 3 months seconded to the International IP and Litigation Department of Flutter Entertainment Plc.
