Associate

Jessica Zegarelli is a member of the Family, Personal and Estate Law group.
She focuses her practice on family law, handling divorce, separation, division of property, parenting time and child and spousal support cases.

Ms. Zegarelli has worked on a number of complex cases before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Quebec dealing with contentious parenting time and support issues, as well as important financial matters involving corporations and family trusts.

Ms. Zegarelli's practice also involves alternative dispute resolution options, including settlement conferences, to find creative ways to settle her cases.

She accompanies and advises her clients carefully, wholeheartedly and diligently when given a mandate.
As part of her academic career, she studied international law at the University of Costa Rica. She has also been a member of the Comité Droit de la famille of the Université de Montréal and has collaborated with Professor Alain Roy on several projects as a volunteer.
