Khaled A.K. Alqenaei earned his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Kuwait University in 2000. He is a member of the Kuwait Bar Association and practices before the Court of Cassation and the Supreme Constitutional Court. He practices civil, commercial and criminal law and litigation. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
