Profile
Kim Meis is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law, Pensions & Benefits practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises employers on all aspects of employment relationships (including termination), benefits and social security, and represents employers in court. She also specialises in employment issues in restructurings, reorganisations and M&A (e.g. transfers of undertakings), and in immigration matters.
She is a member of the Employment and Labor Practice Group of the World Services Group.

Kim studied in Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands. She holds a Master’s in Private Law (Licence and Master’s 1) from the University of Strasbourg (France) and a Master’s 2 (LL.M.) in EU Law & Market Integration from Maastricht University (Netherlands).
