Lucile Schaning is specialized in corporate law, assisting the firm’s French and international clients with mergers & acquisitions and other structuring operations.

She also advises on corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and shareholder relations.

Lucile joint Jeantet as an intern in 2021, before completing her training in different international law firm and at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in particular.
