Profile
Mandip is a Senior Associate in our corporate department advising on all aspects of corporate law, including venture capital, infrastructure investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, investments and general corporate advisory mandates.
Having read law at The University of Birmingham, Mandip completed her LPC at the University of Law. Mandip trained and worked at Harrison Clark Rickerbys in Worcestershire before joining Shoosmiths in December 2021. Mandip was awarded Worcestershire Junior Lawyer of the year, by the Worcester Law Society in 2019.
