Melissa is an Associate in our corporate department advising on all aspects of corporate law, including venture and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments and general corporate advisory mandates.
Melissa works with a variety of clients including private companies, venture capital investors, management teams and owner managed businesses.
Melissa completed her training contract at Shoosmiths and qualified as a solicitor in March 2022.
