Experienced in intellectual property matters, Michelle focuses her practice on analyzing complex legal issues, formulating legal arguments, and providing sound advice on wide range of topics. She has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various technical realms including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, and software fields. She has counseled clients through various trademark and copyright disputes as well as drafting and prosecuting trademark applications.

Michelle's background also includes counseling clients in the financial realm, specifically regarding the patentability of inventions with a specific focus on overcoming potential 35 U.S.C. 101 rejections. Additionally, she has represented clients in multiple successful Petitions for Inter Partes Review and Re-examination proceedings. With an analytical and flexible approach to solving problems and adept at navigating legal systems, leveraging resources, and communicating with clients.
