Ms. Luo specializes in legal matters related to private fund formation and asset management. She has considerable experience representing onshore and offshore fund managers in the formation of venture capital and private equity funds denominated in both RMB and USD. Ms. Luo provides a comprehensive range of legal services for the operation and management of private funds. She also has extensive experience in handling private fund interest transfers and designing effective incentive plans for management teams. In addition, Ms. Luo frequently provides legal services to onshore and offshore investors regarding their investments in multi-currency venture capital and private equity funds.

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Luo practiced law with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Shanghai from 2018 to 2023. Before that, she practiced in Han Kun's Beijing office from 2013 to 2017.
