Molly is a corporate lawyer based in our London office. Molly specialises in private equity and M&A transactions and advises private equity houses, companies and management teams.
Recent transactions include advising:
- The shareholders of Linstol on the sale to the Hoffmann Family of Companies
- The management team of Orovia on the investment by Tes
- Chevron Traffic Management on its acquisitions of Highway Barrier Solutions and Herts Traffic Management
- Five Arrows Growth Capital on its investment into Biophorum
- The management team of Talking Talent on the investment by Bridges Fund Management
- The management team of JJS Manufacturing on the sale to Escatec
Molly has a first class degree in law and a masters in international law. After joining the corporate team in 2017 as a paralegal, Molly completed her training contract at Shoosmiths and qualified in September 2021.
