Profile
Morgan is corporate lawyer with experience advising banks, corporations and private equity funds in corporate, financing and capital market transactions as well as on a continuous basis for corporate housekeeping and compliance matters.
Morgan studied in Edinburgh before qualifying for the New York bar in the United States. She then completed the English law conversion exams to become a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
Morgan joined Shoosmiths in August 2022 following 4 years in the Corporate, Banking, & Finance team in Luxembourg based law firm Elvinger Hoss Prussen.
