Profile
Niamh joined Shoosmiths in 2021 and qualified as an Associate into Shoosmiths' London Employment team having completed her training contract at the firm.
She advises on a wide range of employment law issues for both commercial and individual clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Her experience includes:
- drafting and reviewing employment contracts;
- reviewing and negotiating settlement agreement terms for both employee and employer clients;
- handling Tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination.
- assisting clients with the employment aspects of M&A transactions and investments;
- supporting organisations with any employment law training needs; and
- assisting with and supporting clients in handling grievances and disciplinaries.
Niamh is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
