• Masabi, a leading fare payments platform, on its financing rounds, including its latest growth financing led by Accel-KKR;

• Peckwater Brands on its series seed and series A financing rounds, and its cross-border acquisition of the Honest Food Company;

• Universally Speaking, leading localisation and quality assurance provide in the gaming sector, on its strategic investment from Phoenix Equity Partners;

• FPE Capital LLP on the sale of TNP Group to Providence Equity Partners backed Node 4;

• Razor Group, a EU and US brand aggregator and unicorn valued at $1billion, on numerous UK acquisitions of Amazon FBA businesses; and

• Pluribus Technologies Inc., A TSX Venture Exchanged-listed serial acquiror of software companies, on its UK acquisitions.
