Sara El Mouttaqi has joined Jean-François Adelle's team in the Banking & Finance Department.

She advises financial institutions, funds, borrowers and sponsors on financing and financial engineering transactions.

Sara holds a Bachelor's degree from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), a Master's degree in Comparative Law and English Law from University College London, a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Paris Descartes (Paris V) and a Specialized Master's degree from ESCP Europe Business School - Queen Mary University.
