Since joining Han Kun, Ms. Ding has specialized in the formation and operation of onshore and offshore investment funds and asset management. She has represented many well-known clients in a variety of private equity-related transactions, including the formation, investment, and operation of private funds and fund managers.

Ms. Ding graduated in 2014 from Renmin University of China with an LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) degree and a B.A. (Bachelor of Administration) degree, and from University College London in 2015 with an LL.M. (Master of Law) degree with a specialization in International Commercial Law.
