Ms. Guo has been practicing with Han Kun since 2016. Ms. Guo has represented clients in a number of merger filing cases. She also assists multinational corporations in responding to anti-monopoly investigations initiated by China's competition authorities. In addition, she provides legal services including legal research, drafting legal documents, and corporate compliance.
