Xiayi Liu began her legal career in 2010 and focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border venture capital and private equity transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, and fund formation, among other areas. Ms. Liu has represented clients in completing numerous complex transactions in diverse industries, including the Internet, pharmaceuticals, insurance, education, technology, and human resources.
