Mr. Xia currently mainly specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, domestic and cross-border corporate restructuring, employee incentives, foreign and outbound investment, formation and operation of investment funds, compliance, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Xia has rendered legal services for enterprises covering industries such as internet, life science and healthcare, semiconductor, new energy, new materials, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, culture, media and entertainment, real estate, property management, logistics, finance, financial leasing, consumer, agriculture, etc. He has in-depth service experience in new economy areas.

Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Xia practiced law at two other well-known law firms.
