Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Wu practiced law at King & Wood Mallesons. Ms. Wu primarily assists clients with onshore and offshore initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, and general corporate matters. Her legal services include conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
