Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Liu interned in the legal department of a well-known foreign bank and with two well-known law firms.
Ms. Liu mainly handles venture capital, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, domestic and international capital markets, and general corporate matters. Ms. Liu has represented many well-known entrepreneurs and investment funds in financing transactions and has provided legal services to a number of issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings on overseas stock exchanges in a variety of industries, including internet, telecommunications, education, online music and video, retail, integrated circuits, real estate, and medical devices. Ms. Liu is mainly responsible for designing deal structures, drafting transaction documents, participating in negotiations, and conducting legal due diligence and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Ms. Liu received a master's degree in international law from the University of Helsinki Faculty of Law in 2016. Prior to that, Ms. Liu earned a B.A. from Nanjing University in 2013.
