Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhao practiced for over eight years in the dispute resolution department of King & Wood Mallesons.

Ms. Zhao focuses her practice mainly on asset management-related litigation, arbitration and compliance services, and has extensive experience in advising on legal issues involving real estate, general corporate and other matters. Ms. Zhao has served as general legal counsel for a well-known trust company for many years, and has advised on resolving disputes for many trust companies and companies engaged in a wide array of asset management services.

Ms. Zhao has been involved in the field of asset management, including contentious and non-contentious services such as dispute resolution in connection with equity rights, equity derivatives, and creditor claims of various types of trust plans, asset management plans, funds and others, responding to redemption disputes, enforcement matters related to notarized creditor claim documents, framework design, and contract modification, among others.
