Deutsche Telekom AG acquires interest in IT Health Care Provider: Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises HMM Deutschland GmbH on the transaction

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised IT health care provider HMM Deutschland GmbH in connection with a funding round at which Deutsche Telekom AG (DTAG) increased its holding in HMM Deutschland to 49.9 percent. In addition, Deutsche Telekom AG, which through its venture capital company T-Venture had already held 18% of HMM Deutschland GmbH since 2008, was granted the option of acquiring a majority stake in HMM Deutschland GmbH in the future.
The terms of the deal, concluded at the end of March, were not disclosed.
HMM Deutschland GmbH, market leader in the field of digital solutions for the billing of care services between health insurance funds, pharmacies and other health care part-ners, continues its expansion with the transaction.
