Haynes and Boone Advises MSJ Partners in Agreement to Develop Luxury Condominiums in Costa Rica at Papagayo Resort

DALLAS -- Haynes and Boone, LLP announced today that it has advised MSJ Partners, a California–based real estate development group, in connection with the negotiation of a concession and joint venture agreement with a Costa Rican real estate company to develop luxury condominiums at the Papagayo Resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

The integrated, cross-border Haynes and Boone team was led by Larry Pascal, a Dallas-based partner and the head of the Americas Practice Group; Patricia Mastropierro, an Argentine foreign associate based in Mexico City; and Francisco Uribe, a Colombian foreign associate based in Dallas.
