Dmytro Shemelin Joins Asters as Counsel

Asters is delighted to announce that Dmytro Shemelin has joined the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice as counsel.

Dmytro has more than 10 years of experience in international dispute resolution, including international investment and commercial arbitration according to all major arbitration rules, as well as international litigation. He is recognized as one of the leading practitioners in International Arbitration in Ukraine according to Ukrainian Law Firms 2016 research.

Dmytro Shemelin has LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement from Geneva University and Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and Specialist degree in Law with honours from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Dmytro is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) and has authored over 50 publications on international dispute resolution and the issues of Ukrainian law.
