Profile

Sean practices corporate law and has experience in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations and various other corporate proceedings. He has experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, and service agreements. Sean is also a member of the firm's Forestry Group.
