Mikko Elonheimo advises clients in dispute resolution assignments. He has extensive experience in representing domestic and international clients before both general courts and arbitral tribunals. His areas of specialisation include intellectual property disputes and matters related to commercial agreements, third party liability questions and unfair marketing practices. Mikko has been involved in several litigation assignments abroad, including mutual assistance matters to trace assets from financial safe havens. He is an approved mediator for the Finnish Bar Association.
