He has given a wide variety of lectures on Industrial Property and Commercial Law at conferences and seminars organized by diverse institutions such as the International Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Center for International Legal Studies, Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents, American Conference Institute, Argentine Engineering Center, and Engenharia Institute in San Pablo, Brazil.
He is the author of many specialized publications (El Derecho, Revista del Colegio Público de Abogados). He is co-author of the Argentinean World Intellectual Property Rights and Remedies Chapter (Oceana Publications Inc., 2001). He is also co-author of the Argentinean “International Arbitration in Latin America” Chapter (Kluwer Law International, 2003).
