Emilio has extensive experience in Corporate Law, particularly in relation to the pharmaceutical industry. He has also been practising in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Litigation and Intellectual Property. In the last years, he has been involved in numerous Arbitration matters, at both national and international level, and also before the Buenos Aires Stock Market and CEMA. He has been appointed as Arbitrator in many international proceedings.

He has given a wide variety of lectures on Industrial Property and Commercial Law at conferences and seminars organized by diverse institutions such as the International Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Center for International Legal Studies, Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents, American Conference Institute, Argentine Engineering Center, and Engenharia Institute in San Pablo, Brazil.
He is the author of many specialized publications (El Derecho, Revista del Colegio Público de Abogados). He is co-author of the Argentinean World Intellectual Property Rights and Remedies Chapter (Oceana Publications Inc., 2001). He is also co-author of the Argentinean “International Arbitration in Latin America” Chapter (Kluwer Law International, 2003).



Professional Activities and Experience

Clerk of the Buenos Aires Commercial Court of First Instance (1976-1979).
