Education


Mr. Zharskiy graduated from Belarusian State University, Minsk, Department of Law (1993-1998); after conducting post-graduate research in 2001 he earned his candidatskaja in juridical science (equivalent of SJD). He has got LL.M. degree with Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences in 1999, validated by the University of Manchester (UK). Alexander Zharskiy participated in a post-graduate course in International Trade and Business Law at T.M.C. Asser Institute, Asser College Europe, the Netherlands, in 2000. In 2007 he has been on a six months secondment in one of the “magic circle” law firms in London.
