Profile

Peter Salomon has extensive experience in all aspects of executive compensation affecting public and private companies. Peter advises senior executives and boards of directors on negotiating and documenting executive employment agreements and change-in-control agreements, the design and implementation of stock and incentive plans, and benefit and compensation issues raised in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other changes in capital structure. Peter's practice also includes a wide range of general employee benefits matters, including designing and drafting qualified and non-qualified retirement and deferred compensation plans, welfare plans, cafeteria plans and other employee benefit programs. In addition, Peter advises clients with respect to Section 409A compliance, duties and responsibilities under ERISA, and compliance with reporting and disclosure requirements.
