* Acted for a major public forestry company on a number of transactions involving the acquisition or sale of forest tenures and production facilities
* Acted for the underwriters in connection with an $100 million initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2008
* Acted for an investment manager in connection with the sale of its business in multiple jurisdictions to a public financial services company
* Acted for a Canada wide retailer in connection with the establishment, financing and operation of its business as a limited partnership
* Acted for a private bio technology company in connection with successive series' of convertible note financings
* Negotiation for forestry products companies of long term fibre supply contracts
* Acted for clients in numerous other share and asset sale transactions as well as in the drafting and negotiation of major business agreements
