Justin practices corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance (both public and private). He regularly advises public and private companies on a wide range of legal compliance and corporate governance matters.

Justin has also acted extensively for entrepreneurs and early-stage technology companies as well as for venture capital investors. Justin has acted on over 40 private financings, including approximately $200 million in venture capital financings, since 2005.

Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Justin worked with leading business law firms in Toronto and Ottawa.

*A Silicon Valley based venture capital fund in its US$11 million investment in a Canadian IP Address Management company
*A TSX listed biotech company in its various public and private financings and ongoing corporate and securities work, including its recent private placement and $25 million public offering
*The acquirers in a management buy-out of a registered LSIF manager
*A California based clean technology company in its Series B financing, and previously in its Series A and bridge financings
*A Canadian nutraceutical company in its recent bridge financing and previously in its Series A, Series B and Series C financings
*A TSX-V listed Canadian managed service provider in its $18 million acquisition by a United States technology company
