Alejandro González is a counsel in the Litigation Practice Group of the Mexico City office of Haynes and Boone, LLP, with more than twenty years of experience.

His practice focuses on civil, commercial and constitutional litigation, including real estate, shareholder disputes, contracts, collateral enforcement, enforcement of credit instruments, breach of contracts and enforcement, collections, claims for damages, product liability, insurance claims, force majeure claims, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy.

Alejandro also has extensive experience in contractual analysis from a preventive litigation perspective.

He has participated in complex litigation, projects and settlements both in federal and local courts representing clients in various sectors, including automotive, retail, energy, engineering, technology, airport services, medical services, real estate development, telecommunications, professional services, infrastructure, government, textile, hospitality, insurance, entertainment, franchising and distribution.

Alejandro has also vast experience in labor law matters, including representation litigation in federal and local labor courts, due diligence labor reviews and audits, corporate labor restructuring, labor compliance and general labor counseling.
